Return Policy

Return Policy:

  • Only Returns are accepted, no Exchanges, expect size exchange.
  • Each order is eligible for a return only
  • A flat fee of Rs.100 is applicable for all returns.
  • Refund is made in terms of Store credit only.
  • Return Request to be made within 2 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Orders placed using Store Credit.
  • Customised products.
  • Products bought on sale.

Return Request Process:

  • Visit the link provided to request a return - https://WWW.
  • State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages.
  • A return pickup will be initiated within India at an extra cost of Rs.100.
  • Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.

Store Credit:

  • A store credit (after deducting the return fee of Rs.100) will be issued within 7 days after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email.
  • The store credit will be valid for 6 month from the date of issue.
  • The credit will be of the amount of the returned products only.
  • Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.

Refunds:

  • Money refunds are not provided for products delivered in perfect condition.
  • In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and details through the provided link.
  • Further steps for replacement, store credit, or full refund will be communicated.
  • No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.
  • Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products.
  • Orders once placed are not eligible for any money refunds. Only Store Credit will be provided.

International Orders:

  • International orders are not eligible for Returns.
  • If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and custom charges. We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups. A store credit will be issued for the value of the returned product only. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can share images for proof with us at zueraindia@gmail.com. The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you. A store credit of the same value or a full refund can be made in such cases.

The refund of shipping charges varies on a case-by-case basis, and ultimately, the company retains the authority to make the final decision.

 

Refund Timeline:

  • Returns take approximately 7 to 14 working days to reach the company.
  • Refunds are processed only after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided to the customer's bank account.
  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

If the package you have received is not as expected, in bad condition, or if the package has been tampered with and damaged before delivery, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package. Kindly return it to the delivery person.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time and we encourage you to revisit these terms periodically to ensure that you are at all times fully aware of our terms. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to all such terms. We may, with or without prior notice, terminate any of the rights granted by these terms. You shall comply immediately with any termination or other notice, including, as applicable, by ceasing all use of the website.

The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on the Site are our property and/or the property of the respective persons. Users are prohibited from using any Marks for any purpose whatsoever without our prior written permission or such third party which may own the Marks. All information and content including any software programs available on or through the Site ("Content") is protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any Content available on or through the Site for commercial or public purposes.
The Site contain copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music, sound, and the entire contents of the Company protected by copyright as a collective work under the applicable copyright laws. The Company owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. Users may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part. Expressly stated under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material without the express permission of the Company and the copyright owner is permitted. If copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material is permitted, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made. The User acknowledges that he/she/it does not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material. Trademarks that are located within or on the Site or a website otherwise owned or operated in conjunction with the Company shall not be deemed to be in the public domain but rather the exclusive property of the Company, unless such site is under license from the trademark owner thereof in which case such license is for the exclusive benefit and use of the Company, unless otherwise stated

 

 

  • The more you order, the happier we are! However, we strongly discourage our customers from buying any item where there is doubt. Please double check all product details and triple check sizing details. We would be happy to help you out with any queries regarding making your purchase.

While we have strict quality checks in place, colour and print placements vary from piece to piece. This is often due to the nature of the fabric, the settings of the screen you are viewing the product on, our resistance to over-treating our pieces with chemicals, as well as utilizing all fabrics dyed or printed to reduce wastage.

 

  • Sales and discounted items

We do not offer any exchange or return on discounted items. All sales are final. 

  • Returns

We do not accept any returns unless the product received is damaged.

From time to time we may make mistakes, we apologise in advance for that and hope that you will give us a second chance. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order number and an image and description of the issue within  48  hours of delivery of package. We will replace your order subject to examination of damages. 

Any issues reported after 48 hours will not be considered for replacement as the package has been out of our warehouse for a considerable amount of time and in conditions beyond our control. 

  • Exchange 

In cases where there are sizing issues we will only be able to offer you an exchange for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide store credit valid for 6 months. As we work on limited edition prints and styles, selections from older or sold out collections will not be accepted.

We do not accept usage of credit codes beyond its validity period so please ensure the code is utilized within the validity period.

Products bought with credit codes or received as exchange are not eligible for exchange or returns. All exchanges are final. Credit notes are issued for a minimum order value, please note we do not refund or carry over credit notes issued in exchange. 

 

  • How to process your exchange

As we have limited quantities, you must reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order for us to process an exchange.

The piece must be returned to the ZUERA HQ in Navsari within 7-10 working days of submitting your exchange request. The package must be returned unused - with originals tags and packaging. Any items that do not pass these checks will be sent back to the customer. Any items received beyond 7-10 days of registering the exchange request will be sent back to the sender.

We do not offer exchange or return on international orders.

If you simply change your mind, we are terribly sorry, but we will not be able to accept the return or provide a refund. We will however encourage you to check with your friends and family for they might like to take that piece off your hands. We hold the right to not accept a return in case the product is used, altered or damaged by the customer.
